Органічні продукти – це простіше кажучи натуральні, вирощені без хімікатів та вироблені без консервантів. Ця натуральність ще й доведена експертизами, чи справді виробництво екологічно чисте.

У великих супермаркетах цілі полиці з такими продуктами. Крупи, овочі, молочка, макарони, м’ясо. Ціни на них приблизно в два рази вищі. Звісно, не кожному по кишені.

Чим відрізняється органічна яловичина від звичайної?

Не дивно, чому ковбаса з такого м’яса коштує понад 200 грн за кілограм. Люди готові платити за те, щоб не труїтися консервантами, не садити печінку барвниками та ароматизаторами. Навіть добрива для кормів допомагають виробляти черв’яки, а не хімія.

Виробництво органічного молока на Житомирщині. Перше, що впадає в око – стерильна чистота. Таке молоко отримують тільки від корів, яких з самого народження годували органічними кормами.

Ці молокопродукти виробляють, перш за все, для українців, але вітчизняна органіка популярна і за кордоном. Наприклад, це ж саме молоко можна знайти і в магазинах Арабських еміратів.

Сертифікат є гарантією того, що перед вам справжній органічний продукт.

В Україні ж краще купувати саме продукти з надписом органічні. Маркування еко може просто означати, що продукт не шкодить довкіллю.

Аби перевірити, чи правда це органічний продукт, перше, що варто зробити – прочитати етикетку. Наступний крок спитати сертифікат якості. Якщо продавець його не дає – це перше, що вказує на підробку. Ваша увага – запорука вашого ж здоров’я.
